Leigh Hamilton, 83 years old, is a native Oregonian who has lived in Waldport for 12 years. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Sociology, and earned her Social Work Certificate from Portland State University. Leigh worked as a Social Worker, and in Real Estate.
